BlueHost is an awesome hosting service, in my opinion and experience, and they provide unlimited storage space, file transfers, the ability to host unlimited domains (with one free domain being part of their hosting packages), 2500 POP/Imap e-mail accounts, and to top it all off, 24/7 support! They are the host that I've come to depend on - especially also because they offer SimpleScripts as part of their Control Panel.

WordPress is an open source publishing platform that can also be used as a CMS (Content Management System). Basically, it is perfect for websites and blogs, and is easy to work with for the non-technical person. .

CrossLoop is a tool that I absolutely love! It basically provides an easy way to be able to provide remote assistance and support to clients, and of course to family members. As my family and extended family's personal "IT System Administrator" (due to having been around computers ever since I was a child), I have used this application on numerous occasions, including to help troubleshoot computer issues that either a client or a family member or friend has had, and it is very safe and secure - definitely highly recommended! When clients are having technical issues, I also use this tool to connect to their computer and provide them with technical assistance.
