Maintenance Plans
Your WordPress website needs regular maintenance to perform as it should. Updates are always being made to WordPress itself as well as themes and plugins, and keeping your installation up-to-date is important, especially since most WordPress updates are security fixes and patches that will prevent potential exploits of your website and/or blog.
Because this can be a cumbersome task, UC Web Creations has created a suite of WordPress Maintenance Service Packages. Each one will help you make the most of WordPress and stay on top of a variety of features that can give you ideas for improving your website.
Each package requires a minimum commitment of one year, which is charged at a monthly rate. Payments can be made via PayPal, but if PayPal is not an option, other payment methods can be discussed.
Payment Frequency
- You can make your payments monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, or yearly. Please mention your preference when contacting UC Web Creations to sign up for a Maintenance Plan.
Please note that due to the nature and format of UC Web Creation’s products and services, no refund policy is offered.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If any issues arise with your website due to my negligence in any way, I will fix the issue at no additional cost.
Basic Maintenance Package – $24/month
The Basic Maintenance Package will help you to not have to worry about updating your WordPress installation, however additional support is not included.

- Monthly plugin maintenance
- Monthly scan for broken links (fixed when able, report otherwise)
- Monthly backup of website and database
- WordPress updated, when appropriate
–> Please Note: If further technical assistance is required, an hourly rate of $50 will be incurred. You will need to contact me directly, preferably by email, so that we can schedule a technical support call.
Bronze Maintenance Package – $39/month
The Bronze Maintenance Package will put your mind at ease in knowing that your website will always be updated on a regular basis. You’ll also receive a keyword report every 6 months (twice a year) so that you can see how people are searching and finding your website through the search engines.

- Monthly scan for broken links (fixed when able, report otherwise)
- Monthly backup of website and database
- WordPress updated, when appropriate
- Keyword Report, twice a year
- Basic assistance provided via e-mail – up to one hour of my time per month
–> Please Note: If assistance requires more than one hour of my time, an hourly rate of $50 will be incurred. I will let you know in advance if this is the case so that you can decide how to proceed.
Silver Maintenance Package – $59/month
With the Silver Maintenance Package, you can rest assured that your website will remain up-to-date, PLUS you’ll be well-informed on where your site’s traffic is coming from. This will empower you to leverage your marketing avenues that are working well (such as social media).

- Monthly plugin maintenance
- Monthly scan for broken links (fixed when able, report otherwise)
- Monthly backup of website and database
- WordPress updated, when appropriate
- Keyword Report, four times a year
- Traffic Analysis Report, twice a year
- Basic assistance provided via e-mail – up to two hours of my time per month
–> Please Note: If assistance requires more than two hours of my time, an hourly rate of $50 will be incurred. I will let you know in advance if this is the case so that you can decide how to proceed.
Gold Maintenance Package – $89/month
With the Gold Maintenance Package, your website will not only remain up-to-date, but you will also have the knowledge you need to strategically build your web presence and make wise decisions about the content you produce. This in turn will assist in driving more traffic to your site!

- Monthly plugin maintenance
- Monthly scan for broken links (fixed when able, report otherwise)
- Monthly backup of website and database
- WordPress updated, when appropriate
- Keyword Report, six times a year
- Traffic Analysis Report, four times a year
- Annual Search Engine Optimization Report
- Basic assistance provided via e-mail – up to three hours of my time per month
–> Please Note: If assistance requires more than three hours of my time, an hourly rate of $50 will be incurred. I will let you know in advance if this is the case so that you can decide how to proceed.
Add-On Services
These services can be added to your package of choice in the frequency you choose:
- Maintenance As Needed — hourly rate of $50/hour, minimum of 1 hour (charges will always be rounded up to the next hour)
- Traffic Analysis — Available on its own, or as a monthly, quarterly or bi-annual subscription (please contact for pricing).
- Mini Search Engine Optimization/Keyword Report — Available on its own, or as a quarterly or bi-annual subscription (please contact for pricing).
- Blog Posting, with or without images — available on a weekly (please contact for pricing).
- Comment monitoring — Let UC Web Creations monitor comments posted to your blog for you so that spam doesn’t get posted and valid comments are published (please contact for pricing).
