With well over 15 years of experience in the area of customer service and support, I am very customer-focused, and my number one priority is to make you happy! One of the major differentiating factors between myself and my competition is my friendliness! I’m not a robot – I’m very approachable, and love interacting with my clients. I am passionate about helping people, so this role suits me perfectly as it gives me a sense of satisfaction to know I’ve been able to help someone resolve a problem, or learn something new.

When it comes to my web design and social media services, I work with you one-on-one, ensuring your satisfaction throughout the development, design, and implementation process of your web solution, but my job doesn’t stop there. I will provide support to you during and after the process itself, so you will never be left to “figure things out on your own”. One of the key ingredients in any successful relationship is communication, and my primary form of communication is email, with our secondary being by phone or Skype. I provide help, support, and training on the web design and social media web solutions I develop, as well as help and support for your existing solutions. My commitment to you is to be there when you need me, to help you resolve any issues that arise with your WordPress site or social media sites, such as Twitter, Facebook, or YouTube, and to be available when you need some general advice – even if it’s just a simple question.

I’m not very technical, and I don’t think I’ll understand this website stuff!

Fear not! I have the ability to make difficult technical concepts easy to understand, and I will find different ways of explaining things, often using analogies, to ensure you fully grasp what I’m teaching. I have several years of experience in the area of Technical Training, and provide one-on-one training in the form of webinars, as well as in person if you are local to me. If you need help with something simple, I often provide training over the phone by guiding you step-by-step, such as updating a certain aspect of your website, or learning how to with social media, and doing it this way will help you learn better as I will not be doing it for you – you will be doing it yourself, with my guidance! They say the best teachers are those who allow their students to try things for themselves!
